A very interesting building and the
owners provided useful history & photos.
The room was lovely and our view in

Breakfast was amazing. With the
chimes of the grandfather clock in the background whilst eating a very
well presented & tasty breakfast, we were disappointed to be staying
only one night!
The little touches in the room were
very welcoming, the chocolates, water & cosy fire made our stay a bit

A repeat visit for me and it is even
more stunning than I remember. The room was the standard of a boutique

Excellent accommodation.
Received a very warm welcome with
lots of useful information on the area, shown to our room which was
spacious, spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated, so much
attention to detail, a very generous hospitality tray - various type of
tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, little details like the flask
of milk, bottled water and mints in the room are a lovely touch.
A very comfortable nights sleep,
followed by a superb breakfast, lots of choice and freshly cooked.
We chose Rhins of Galloway as a one
night stopover for ferry to Ireland, wish we would stay longer, would be
worthwhile to arrive here a few days before crossing to Ireland to enjoy
the wonderful accommodation.
Rhins of Galloway is a credit to the
owners. |

get anywhere, but its in a building which is steeped in history.
The welcome is warm, the food is
fantastic, free internet, sky freeview, games, books, fish to look at,
telescope to see birds and stars.
The only thing I'd change is to tar
the drive and to put a wheelchair ramp in so that wheelchair guests
could enjoy this also. |

You run a very good hotel.
The accommodation is very well
decorated, the generous breakfasts are beautifully presented. Most
importantly, your welcoming attitude & kindness towards your guests is
beyond compare.
All the best in your "project".

I have just spent 2 nights in what I
regard as the comfiest, most courteous guest house I've been in to
date. Breakfast was outstanding, hosts were friendly and accommodating.
If you want to relax it has the most amazing lounge and this is the
place to relax. 5 star. |

Fantastic. I stayed on business
several months ago and its like coming home. The little touches (bottled
water/mints/scissors for opening sachets etc) make a big difference.

As a B&B/Guesthouse, the Rhins of
Galloway exceeds all our expectations!
The level of service, decor, &
comfort are better than some 4 or 5* hotels that we've stayed in. In
addition, my husband (a connoisseur of such things!) said the full
breakfast was the best he'd had in terms of quality, freshness &
presentation. We'd love to stay again & thoroughly recommend to others! |
