• Arrival after 22:00 may be required

• the booking includes babies/infants (aged 0 to 3) - we can accommodate these and older children in our Garden Flat, but a booking including babies/infants cannot be made on-line

• parking required for oversized vehicles (over 5.7 metres (LWB transit) - see Location & Parking)

Any booking made on-line can only be cancelled/amended directly using contact details on the left

If  no/insufficient  rooms available, we may still have the availability (we only maintain our on-line calendar for a limited quantity of rooms, for a short period ahead)- just give us a call or email us.
