• All our rooms located on the ground floor (please note that there are several steps to reach the building entrance)

• Although the Garden Flat can sleep children of any age, babies & children can not be accommodated within any of the room types be;pw. Maximum occupancy of a single room is 1 person, and other rooms accommodate only 2 persons.

• We have the following room types:

• Single – smaller room with standard UK single bed (3’ x 6’3”). En-suite with basin, toilet and either shower or short showerbath.

• Double – spacious room with standard UK double bed (4’6” x 6’3”). En-suite with basin, toilet and either shower or showerbath.

• Superior Double – larger and extra luxurious, a loch facing room with standard UK kingsize bed (5’ x 6’6”), the finest level of egyptian cotton sheets, and solid oak furniture. En-suite with basin, toilet and showerbath.

• Double Suite -  at the rear of the building overlooking hills behind, comprises vestibule, opening onto three rooms - spacious double bedroom with standard UK double bed (4' 6" x  6' 3") , sitting room with leather sofas and rich sheesham furniture, and bathroom with basin, toilet and shower.

• All room types have:

• Quality furnishings, and a classically simple style

• Highly comfortable beds (all beds are standard UK sizes, with footboard as pictures)

• LCD television with full range of  "free-to-air" TV and radio channels (two in Double Suite)

• Leather sofa or armchairs - relax, read or watch TV in comfort

• Dressing table/work desk and chair

• Double glazing

• Controllable heating

• Hairdryer

• Bottles of bedside mineral water

• Well-stocked courtesy tray with tea & coffee making facilities
