Our Garden Flat is part of the main building, but has its own separate entrance from the rear. It is offered as an alternative to the main bedrooms, for those who prefer their own separate living area, or just want that bit more space and flexibility of accommodation.

Breakfast is served within the main breakfast room (the main hotel entrance is reached by walking around the building), although for anyone with mobility difficulties, we are happy to provide this around at the flat.

** Please note that although all other aspects of our premises and services fall under the VisitScotland star rating, and all facilities are available to persons using the Garden Flat as opposed to a bedroom, the separate Garden Flat itself, considered to be an annexe, has not yet been entered for grading. It is not therefore available to be booked on-line via the VisitScotland booking process.

The flat comprises kitchen, lounge with 2 leather sofas and colour television with terrestrial channels and permanent double bed at one end, separate twin bedroom, and bathroom with separate bath and shower.

The flat has a maximum capacity of 4 adults. Having a separate bedroom with twin beds, and a double bed in the main living area, the sleeping arrangements are ideally suited to a family with 2 children.

Views are over the hills to the rear from the lounge and kitchen, and across the lawns to the side of the building from the bedroom.

As with the rest of the building, the flat is strictly non-smoking.

Although not allowed within the main hotel, house-trained pets are very welcome in the flat by prior arrangement. We make no charge for this.
